released Monday by the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals."

We have received a judgment in
our favor from Judge James Goodpaster
on the case.
"The Court is of the opinion that Spring Creek is of such a great
importance to the State of Oklahoma that risks cannot be taken to compromise
its very integrity."
