Regional representatives
SCC bylaws divides the Spring Creek watershed into four regions and states that The Board of Directors shall include a representative from each of the four regions provided that each region has an individual available and willing to fulfill their obligations. This person shall reside or own property in the region they represent.
Region 1 represents upper Spring Creek from its beginnings above Kansas, OK, to Rocky Ford Park, Delaware and Cherokee Counties.
Region 2 Rocky Ford to Peggs in Cherokee County.
Region 3 represents tributaries to the north in both Mayes and Delaware Counties.
Region 4 includes the downstream portions of Snake and Spring Creeks in Mayes County.
